2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product is delivered. However, we may issue refunds in the following cases:

- Technical issues prevent product usage and cannot be resolved
- Duplicate purchases made by error
3. Custom Services
For custom development services:
- Before Development Starts: Full refund minus administrative fees (10%)
- During Development: Prorated refund based on work completed
- After Completion: No refunds, but we will work to resolve any issues
4. Subscription Services
Subscription-based services:
- Can be cancelled at any time
- Refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the billing period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Consultation fees after service delivery
- Third-party license fees
- Domain registration and hosting fees
- Services rendered more than 30 days ago
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We handle each case individually and may offer refunds outside these guidelines in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
